What is NLP?

NLP is a set of principles, skills, exercises, and techniques that can be used to analyze thoughts, behaviors, habits, emotions, and beliefs of human beings and to make desired changes in them. NLP science believes that the plans formed in the mind determine our patterns of behavior.
Accordingly, NLP helps us both solve our current problems, teaches us how to plan our minds for difficult situations ahead, and how to use our brain’s maximum capacity for growth and development.

What do NLP stands for?

Abbreviation for Neuro Linguistic Programming. Accordingly, all of our thoughts, behaviors, habits, beliefs, and emotions today are the result of programming that is formed in our nervous system by receiving information through the five senses.
This information is interpreted by a language understandable to the mind. Suppose we are a person who is suddenly frightened at a certain time of the day and night, it is because of the planning that has been done in the past and in our nervous system.
For example, when we were children, one day our parents left us alone and left the house, and at exactly the same time, the electricity went out and we were scared. Now, without realizing it, we become frightened and anxious at the same specific time (the same time that the mind is interpreted as worrying).
Of course, this is just one example, and there may be several factors that play a role that we understand through the methods that NLP teaches us.

What exactly does NLP do?

The great thing about NLP is, “It’s true that we are programmed beings, but we can also be reprogrammable.”
What NLP science does is use its amazing methods, practices, and techniques to replace past erroneous programs with effective and efficient programs, and this replacement changes negative behaviors, beliefs, and feelings into positive behaviors, beliefs, and feelings.
NLP also teaches us the skills to program our minds to achieve our desired successes, programs that may not already exist in our minds at all.

NLP and the unconscious

The responsibility for planning in our being lies with a part of the activities of the mind called the “subconscious mind.”
In short, all the information received from the five senses is placed in the subconscious or the involuntary part of the mind. The subconscious mind then processes this information, and the result is the same behaviors, beliefs, habits, and emotions we have today.

NLP training

Based on the above, NLP training involves learning the principles, methods, skills, approaches, exercises, and techniques of NLP that correct erroneous mental patterns as well as build new and practical patterns tailored to our individual, family, social, and professional needs.
At the same time, NLP science teaches us how to turn the skills learned into lasting habits in our lives so that we can finally control life properly by managing our thoughts, behaviors and emotions.

What is vector modeling in NLP?

As mentioned, NLP initially focused on modeling successful people. How these people were able to achieve significant success in their personal, family and professional lives. The results of these studies identified the intellectual structures, behaviors, beliefs, values and in general the success framework of these geniuses.
After that, Bandler and Grinder decided to pass these identified structures on to ordinary people so that they, too, could use the same patterns to achieve similar results.
This led Bandler and Grinder to decide to apply their findings to other areas such as management, communications, education, politics, sports, sales, and so on.

What is the basis of NLP techniques?

Modeling the techniques and methods used by professional therapists to treat their patients became the basis for the development of NLP techniques, but this was just the beginning. NLP science has not limited itself to modeling and has expanded to study how the mind works, how to influence others, effective communication skills, changing behavioral patterns, how to learn correctly, negotiation and much more. From other fields, he discovered more and more techniques, techniques and skills and made them available to those interested in change.
However, the science of NLP is not limited to a set of exercises and techniques, but by changing the way we think, it allows us to apply new methods of progress with a creative spirit.
The bottom line is that NLP patterns and techniques give you the ability to deal creatively with difficult situations and crises.
” For me, what makes the NLP a revolutionary move is that it is the first time we have been able to carefully change the depth of our minds. We have the tools to replace the garbage in our minds that we do not want and replace it with what we really want. Richard Bandler “

What is the functional nature of NLP?

One of the important features of NLP science is its practicality. NLP techniques and skills are expressed in the context of techniques and exercises that are purely practical.
For this reason, NLP training is not limited to articulating and describing concepts and principles. Rather, it seeks out how to apply the techniques and skills.
These techniques and techniques are applied in the form of NLP courses and in practice. Today, the science of neuro linguistic programming (NLP) is growing rapidly in the world, and the number of people interested in changing and improving individual skills with NLP training is increasing every day.
In addition, many important companies and governmental and non-governmental organizations in the world use NLP techniques to increase their human resources capabilities at different levels.

What are the goals of NLP ?

The NLP seeks to achieve two goals simultaneously:
Achieve the desired result at a certain point and achieve long-term goals throughout life
For this reason, the methods and techniques of NLP science make this knowledge an effective tool in achieving life goals.
